Returns Policy
We are happy to accept returns for refund within 7 days of receipt of goods.
All return costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless your order is faulty.
Returns outside this period are at the discretion of the company and may be subject to 15% handling / restocking charge.
All returns are the responsibility of the customer, and it is the customer's duty to make sure the goods are covered for insurance during return transit.
We are unable to refund carriage charges on the initial order or return carriage charges.
We are aware of and comply with the 2000 Distance Selling Regulations.
Condition of returns
Following our Terms & Conditions, you must return the product in perfect condition. The product must not be used or damaged - and in the original packaging.
If your product is not in this condition, this will void your Return request.
Change or cancel an order
If you have paid with Paypal, Debit or Credit card, we will be able to change an order provided you contact us before the order is sent. If you need to change details of your delivery address, add or remove items from your order, please contact our sales team for advice.
If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, you will need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products.
